During this commercial real estate recovery, CREE has observed that the commercial real estate capital markets have primarily focused on two investment categories: (i) trophy core assets and (ii) opportunistic assets. This bifurcated market has created a "donut hole" consisting of mid-market stabilized assets that can be acquired at higher going in yields, lower total basis and less competition. CREE seeks to capitalize on these opportunities by partnering with capital sources desiring a real estate investment strategy focused more on a diverse cash flow than riskier back-end value appreciation.

CREE is managed by industry veterans Jack Minter and Stacey Davis. Mr. Minter and Mr. Davis have a combined 45 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate investments and management. CREE utilizes best in class third party property management and leasing companies to manage day to day operations while CREE focuses on investment strategy, deal sourcing and asset management.
